for Parents of 11 to 17 year-olds
Why this age group? Because once your child is 18 there are many many ways your can support your child and we do work with parents of over-18-year-olds one-on-one all the time. And. Things change when your child is a legal adult at 18.*
If you are a loving caring parent of a 11 -17 year old who is concerned about one or more of the plethora of challenges and changes that these transitional years present-drugs, self harming, eating issues, video and social media concerns, just to name a few- we invite you to join us.
No issue is too big or too small, this is a confidential, judgement free and financially free space. All parents are welcome.

- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- ACT-Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Positive Discipline Parenting

- Minute Meditations
We know, both professionally and personally, that worry and shame do not create change. Can we relate to our clients? Yes we can. We’ve been there and it wasn’t always pretty. We got through and so did our amazing kids, who love and accept us -and all of our human imperfections.
Accepting an invitation to a community with support can make a huge difference to any parent navigating through the teen years.
Change takes time, patience and practice. We encourage all to participate and practice and work with community weekly for as long as you like.
