Hello parents!

First, a note; these are here to support, not overwhelm, you!

If you are here and searching for a direction, wanting to make a plan, we hear you! Don’t stop now, a free session is free, no commitment required, just a place to learn a little more about what it is that we do!

The adolescent years can be hard on all members of a family.

Feeling overwhelmed and/or scared?  We hear you.  We’ve been there. We’re here to help you navigate.

A note, the playlist is for fun, because we believe fun is important. On any song that reference a romantic relationship, just replace the “lover” with “other”, because, love is love, and love can be challenging, particularly when parenting.

There are so many places to turn. That’s the good news and it can get overwhelming to determine who you can trust and who are “the vultures circling”. We are just us, parents who have been there, and been trained as coaches. The fact that there are so many places gives you information-everyone may not be talking about it, but you are not alone. Go to as many websites as you need to, talk to many people. We’re coaches, we’re not the only coaches, what is most important is that you find a coach who feels right for you, the parent.

And, just a few of the books that we’ve read so you don’t have to:

And, yes, there are many more.  Think parenting is easy?  Think relationships are easy? Think transitions are easy?

There’d be one book.

Are You Ready?

You are already the perfect parent for your child. This we know. But we also know from experience that it can be challenging sometimes. You’re not alone, let us help you create space for yourself and your child.
